Oven Baked Crispy Chicken Tacos

These crispy chicken tacos are so delicious and so easy to make in the oven. It only requires a few simple ingredients and these will be on your table in no time!
Preheat oven and collect ingredients

For this recipe you need small flour tortillas (or corn tortillas if desired!), refried beans, shredded chicken, enchilada sauce, and shredded cheese. You can shred your own chicken breasts or use rotisserie chicken to save you some time!
Prepare a baking sheet
Prepare an 8″x13″ baking sheet by spraying with cooking spray or covering with vegetable oil.
Fill the tortillas

Fold one tortilla in half. Fill with refried beans, 2.5 tbsp of shredded chicken, 1 tbsp of enchilada sauce, and 2.5 tbsp of shredded cheese. Place filled tortilla on baking sheet and repeat until all tortillas are filled.
Bake in oven and then serve!
Bake at 425* F for 15-20 minutes until crispy, flipping tacos halfway through if desired. Serve with ranch, salsa, sour cream, or other taco toppings.

- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 16 oz can of refried beans
- 10 oz can of green enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 12 small flour tortillas (or corn tortillas)
- Cooking spray or vegetable oil

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare a baking sheet (approx. 18x13") by spraying with cooking spray or covering with vegetable oil.
- Fold one tortilla in half. Fill with refried beans, 2.5 tbsp of shredded chicken, 1 tbsp of enchilada sauce, and 2.5 tbsp of shredded cheese.
- Place filled tortilla on baking sheet and repeat until all tortillas are filled.
- Bake at 425* F for 15-20 minutes until crispy, flipping tacos halfway through if desired.
- Serve with ranch, salsa, sour cream, or other taco toppings.
